Do you have joint pain or stiffness? Moderate physical activity can help!

Staying active throughout your life is an important factor for maintaining your health and mobility as you age. In fact, one of the best ways to reduce arthritis symptoms like joint pain or stiffness is with moderate physical activity. With that said, it is important to engage in activity carefully so that you are keeping your joints and body protected from injury. One form of exercise that has been proven to be helpful

for people living with arthritis is walking. Research shows that walking is not only good for joints, but also helps to improve the health of the heart, lungs, and bones.

If you are looking for a way to make physical activity a habit, increase balance and strength, and improve your overall health, Walk With Ease (WWE) could be a great start! WWE can help participants safely make physical activity part of everyday life, with or without an Arthritis diagnosis.
