This guideline contains 29 recommendations to assist all qualified and appropriately trained healthcare professionals involved in the nonarthroplasty management of KOA and provide information for patients. Discussions of how each recommendation was developed and the complete evidence report are contained in the full guideline at http://www.aaos.org/oak3cpg.
